4. Shipping & Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
- Shineys Design is not responsible for delays due to courier services or incorrect addresses.
- Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipments if an item is returned.
5. Refunds & Returns
- Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind.
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work to replace or repair the item.
