We strive to display our products, colours, and designs as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings and handmade processes, actual products may vary slightly from images shown.

Many of our products are handmade and personalised. Minor variations should be expected and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit product quantities
  • Discontinue products at any time
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason

4. Personalised Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring all spelling, names, dates, images, and customisation details provided are correct at the time of ordering.

Shineys Design is not responsible for errors submitted by customers during the ordering process.

Once production has begun, personalised orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed unless an approved payment option such as Afterpay is used.

6. Shipping

We currently ship throughout New Zealand and Australia.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, Shineys Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom and personalised nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs and details of the issue.

Eligible issues will be reviewed and may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, product designs, graphics, text, and branding, remains the property of Shineys Design unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
