Refund Policy – Shineys Design



At Shineys Design, we take pride in creating personalised gifts just for you. Because each item is custom-made, we are unable to offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or we have made an error with your order.


What you need to know:


  • Orders are made to your specifications; slight variations may occur.
  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.
  • We will work with you to replace or repair your item, or issue a refund if we cannot fix the problem.
  • We do not accept returns on personalised or custom-made items for change-of-mind.



Shipping Issues:


  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply).
