At Shineys Design, we take pride in crafting personalised gifts with care. Here’s what you need to know about shipping your order:


1. Production & Turnaround


  • All items are custom-made. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.
  • Any special orders or bulk requests may take longer; we will notify you if there are delays.



2. Shipping Locations


  • We currently ship within New Zealand.
  • International shipping may be available upon request — contact us for details.



3. Shipping Costs & Methods


  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • We use trusted courier services to ensure your order arrives safely.



4. Delivery Times


  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Shineys Design is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or factors beyond our control.



5. Address Accuracy


  • Please provide a correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.



6. Damaged or Lost Items


  • Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos.
  • We will work with you to replace or repair the item, or issue a refund if we cannot fix the problem.
